Almost entirely reclaimed material  Only part that is not is facia that is attatched to the inside of the burlap to keep it from stretching. 

Avoid cheap imitations.  This is a very sturdy bag that is inreinforced with facia.  90% of the material is reclaimed including the coffee bag and the tie.
